- Business data you enter — customer enquiries, sales records, invoices, quotations, finance entries, delivery details, and staff information that you or your team add to the platform.

- To provide and operate the CRM & ERP services you signed up for.

Your business data belongs to you. We never sell, rent, or share your customer lists, sales records, or any business data with third parties for marketing. Your data is used only to run your own workspace.

- Passwords are stored in hashed form — we can never see your password.
- Access to your workspace is role-based: each staff member sees only what their role allows.
- Deleted records are soft-deleted first, giving you protection against accidental loss.

- With service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting providers), bound by confidentiality.

- With your consent, for anything else.
5. Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request complete deletion of your business data by writing to us at info@punewala.in, and we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
