Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PuneWala CRM & ERP platform available at punewala.in ("the Service"), operated by PuneWala ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PuneWala provides a cloud-based CRM and ERP platform for businesses to manage enquiries, sales, quotations, invoices, finance entries, deliveries, and staff. Features may be added, changed, or improved over time.

2. Accounts & responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your staff accounts.
• Each staff member should use their own login; sharing logins is at your own risk.
• Notify us immediately at info@punewala.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free trial & subscription

• New businesses receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment details are required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription as per our Pricing page.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Your data

• All business data you enter remains your property.
• You can export your data (CSV) at any time from within the platform.
• We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, including customer consent where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages using data from the platform.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. Support is provided via email and WhatsApp as per your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuneWala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. You are advised to keep your own periodic exports of important data.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
• On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
